 DLG: Decision on additional listing

On September 24, 2012, HOSE had Decision No.147/2012/QD-SGDHCM to allow Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company to list additional shares on the Ho Chinh Minh Stock exchange as follows:

- Stock symbol: DLG

- Stock type: common stock

- Par value: VND10,000 / share

- Additional volume: 31,874,400 shares

- Total additional value (based on par value): VND318,744,000,000.

- Effective date of the listing license: September 26, 2012.
